CONTRACT POSITION

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – ARCHAEOLOGY

SALARY – R6000-00 per month (no benefits)

A contract position of an Administration Clerk – Archaeology exists at the KZN Amafa and Research Institute.

The position is held at Amafa Head Office in Pietermaritzburg.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCED

BA Degree or Diploma in Administration

Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access and email and internet usage.

Data Capturing and filing

Communication skills

Ability to write business correspondence

DUTIES

Administrative support, Help desk functions, assist with administrative queries, interacting with users via email, phone, the SAHRIS messaging system, Liaise with Environmentalists and Developers, receive permit applications from stakeholders, prepare permits for signing by CEO.
